We came away really impressed. The restaurant is worth a visit for a filling breakfast, and there are over 40 framed pictures about the history of Baia Mare city. The place is close to the city center, with good prices, parking, helpful staff, and nice rooms with turquoise doors. They even grow their own vegetables.

We booked at the last minute for a wedding in Baia Mare, and everything went smoothly. There were four adults and a toddler. While we were getting dressed, the owners of the Pension played with my niece, which was so kind. The staff were super friendly, the rooms and sheets were clean, and the place is near the old town center. We had hot water and everything we could ask for. Really great experience.
