I was disappointed when they called to say my reservation was overbooked and offered a room in a different block from the one I’d booked. I accepted, but when I got to the apartment, it was a mess. The photos speak for themselves. There was hair everywhere, and I was told the slippers had been left there “for the MAXIMUM emergency.” The owner came across as superior and didn’t make me feel that customer satisfaction mattered. I won’t be back.

We had a really enjoyable stay. The apartment is spacious and modern, in a quiet area of Brasov, and close to shops and points of interest. We’ll come back next year!

The manager was very kind, and the location is peaceful. The apartment is great, with really cool decor and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything I found was clean and tidy. I highly recommend it!
