Alex at reception made the stay memorable. He was kind, polite, and really caring. The hotel was very friendly too, and the metro and big supermarket are only about a 10-minute walk away. Thank you!

The staff were all polite and accommodating, and the price was extremely affordable with breakfast included. It’s well located too. We booked for one night and stayed for three, without any issues or needing to change rooms.

They arranged a transfer for our team, and the service was top notch. The rooms were very nice and clean, though a few little things could be improved or renewed. The location was quite convenient for the center, especially with the M1 metro nearby.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. It was excellent value, especially when booking through the hotel’s own website. Thank you for the service, hotel Ambiance.

The metro was very close, which made it easy to get to the city center and main attractions. Breakfast had lots of variety and options for different tastes. I stayed for eight days and had a really pleasant time. The staff were always kind and helpful whenever I needed something. A very positive stay, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel! 🌟
