After I asked them to stop, they kept texting and calling me names, including an idiot and a crying baby. That's how they handled my complaint, and it was very poor customer care. I had posted a bad review on Booking.com because there was no parking and I had to pay cash due to a POS issue. I was mistaken about the parking, since I thought private parking was included and it isn't. I never said I paid for parking, asked for a refund, or expected one. I explained that I was wrong about the parking, but they still harassed me, and they're calling me names again here. Anyone considering a stay can see how they treat a guest who disagrees with them.

The location was excellent, but the apartment felt a bit dirty and the furniture was old. I also thought there was no fridge or microwave because I mistook the room across from the front door for the cleaning supplies room. They were there, as the host pointed out. My concern about cleanliness came when I dropped something under the bed and got a lot of dust on me while trying to retrieve it. Also, the shower door is very wobbly and could fall and hurt someone. Please replace it.

There's a public garage with lots of spaces about 50 meters away, and the metro station is right in front of the building. The apartment itself was tidy, nicely equipped, and in a great spot. My only complaint is that communication was through Viber rather than SMS. I sincerely recommend this place.

The apartments were very clean and had everything we needed, and the location was fabulous. Communication was great too. I'd stay again.

The host was really helpful and easy to reach. The apartment was spotless, well furnished, and close to the city center. Very beautiful place, I'd highly recommend it and come back soon.
