We stayed in the Villa and had a bad experience. There was no privacy: it’s close to the block, and people outside could see into our room. None of the windows had covers, including the bathroom, so we didn’t use it. There were leftovers in the bathroom, and we couldn’t find a plug for the hair dryer. The owner has one apartment in the Villa and another in the block, but the host was absent during our stay and we never received the Wi-Fi password. We definitely won’t return.

I spent almost a month in this studio and didn’t have a single complaint. It’s spacious, with the kitchen separate from the bedroom, and everything inside was in good condition. The place was clean and cozy, the kitchen fully equipped, and the internet worked well. Being on the 10th floor meant plenty of sunlight, and the price was very reasonable. Of the four apartments I’ve stayed in in Bucharest, this is the one I’d choose again.

The owners were friendly and helpful, and the area was quiet. The apartment was good value, with clean sheets, a large open space and a big bathroom. It also had two balconies, though neither had guard rails, and there was no microwave. Tineretului park, the subway, a supermarket and Dristor Kebab fast food are all nearby.

Tineretului metro station is close by, and the lovely Tineretului park is within walking distance. The apartments were clean and well serviced, and the host was gentle and professional. Budapest residence comes highly recommended.
