I was told to pay in cash when I checked in. I asked whether the heating was on because it was cold, and the lady said it was early October and she wouldn't turn it on. Then she left. After dinner, we came back wanting to shower, but there was no hot water at all, only ice-cold water. We'd flown from London to Bucharest for just one night in a really cold place, and couldn't even get a warm shower. Unbelievable and shameful. We paid for nothing. It's not humane to be left without even a shower.

Right in the center, and the price compared with the quality is very good.
