10/10
The staff were polite, though I sometimes wished they would smile or greet guests, even at reception. That was the only thing that bothered me. Otherwise, the hotel is in one of Bucharest’s best areas, everything was clean, the rooms were excellent, and the dining area served outstanding food.

A really pleasant place to return to after a day out: the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and it was quiet. The location is beautiful and very convenient, and breakfast had a very good buffet selection. My only suggestion is to replace the shower head soon, since it isn't working optimally.

10/10
The hotel is clean and attractive, and the staff were attentive and nice. Communication about the different areas was clear and made the place easy to navigate, which added to the benefit of its location. A great place to stay while visiting Bucharest.

We had a really nice time at Hotel Capitol's restaurant. There was a good range of fresh, tasty food, and the service was friendly. The relaxed atmosphere made it enjoyable, and I'd happily return.

4/10
Dust was left to build up on surfaces, and the place seemed to get very little care or attention. It felt like a basic, uninspired hotel that had been neglected, more a stopover than somewhere comfortable or welcoming to stay.
