We had a really good two-night stay. The staff were fantastic and helpful, and breakfast had a full range of choices. The spa and gym were nice too. Parking was a reasonable 65 lei. The hotel is a little way from the center, but there are some interesting places nearby.

The bed and bathroom were fantastic, and the check-in was very, very friendly. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast. The hotel sits a little outside town, in a really nice, quiet area with parks.

I parked at the hotel for €20 per 24 hours during my stay from 18-20.12. On the second day, I found that someone had hit my car. It had been in a marked space and hadn’t crossed the lines. I raised it with the hotel representatives, who told me there were no video cameras covering that area of the parking lot, so they couldn’t help identify what happened. For a hotel like this, that doesn’t seem right. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service and how the situation was handled. Now I’m responsible for the repair and for the time the car is in the shop, while still paying the parking fee. Keep this in mind if you park here.

I definitely won’t book here again. It felt overpriced and overrated, and not up to a four-star standard. The pool is more like a big jacuzzi or a kids’ pool. The spa is only average, with broken showerheads and loose boards in the saunas. The hotel charges extra for nearly everything, including parking. At €300 or more a night, parking might not be a dealbreaker, but it would be nice if it were included. The restaurant and bar were expensive too, especially for food and drinks that were just average. The place feels dated and poorly maintained, with plenty of annoying little issues. The staff seemed friendly out of obligation, rather than genuinely welcoming.
