The room was clean, nice and well equipped, and the surroundings were quiet. Restaurants, bars, big chain supermarkets and a gym are all close by. The reason for my 3 stars is that guests aren't allowed, which seems weird and uncommon for this kind of business.

Each apartment is different, and some look almost brand new. It's a nice place overall, though there's not much of interest in the immediate area. The Parliament building is a 10-15 minute walk away, followed by the city center and old town. I'd use Uber or Bolt for the trip back.

The huge terrace was the best part of our stay, perfect for morning coffee. We were very comfortable in this clean, beautifully furnished apartment, and check-in and check-out were simple and hassle free. We'll definitely return. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay in the heart of Bucharest.

There was room for all eight of us, two families, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's especially handy for a large group. The complex is gated and includes a parking space, and the large terrace would be nice to use in spring and summer. Everything else was great, but the shower in the bathroom on the second floor isn't convenient if you're taller than 130 cm. I definitely recommend it.
