Lahovary Palace Hotel

The rooms are bright white, but could use a little more care. Still, it's a good hotel in a good location. There are only a very few parking spaces in front, though paid parking is available nearby.

There's no car parking, though there is space for motorcycles. The host was outstanding, and the rooms were very good.

The staff were friendly and polite, and the place itself is nice. You can find a shop and a restaurant nearby if you want to stay in the area, though there's not much else around. It's also not far from the city center. I picked it for a quick overnight fix without doing much research. The room was an OK size, with air conditioning and a minibar, but cleanliness was a real issue, especially in the shower. Breakfast was far from good, though I know that's a matter of taste. I was glad to leave in the morning.

The reception lady was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, if a little small, and quiet at night since it's off a busy street. Restaurants and cafes are within walking distance, which made it a very nice place to stay.
