LE PETIT & COSY - BEST LOCATION Old Town & Quiet

It took us a few minutes to spot the building, since there’s just one small sign, but once we found it, we were really happy with our stay. The suites are lovely, with high ceilings, and the building is pretty. Everything was extremely clean and well kept. Our room also had a full kitchen and living room, and the staff were lovely. There’s a bar or club around the corner, so it can get a little loud at night. Check-in at the hotel is from 11 to 7; outside those hours, you have to go to a nearby hotel, though it’s very close. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting to be in the Old Town.

The people at Matisse Bucharest Old Town made this stay special. Bogan and Alice at the front desk greeted us warmly, suggested local attractions, and even moved us to updated rooms at no extra charge, just because they could. They also kept our luggage safe while we were away on a three-day trip abroad. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and everyone we met was attentive, friendly, and keen to help. Their kindness and professionalism made a real difference. The hotel is right in the center of the Old Town, with a beautiful, classy feel, modern amenities, and a cozy atmosphere. The staff made us feel valued and seemed to anticipate what we needed. I can’t recommend this place enough for a comfortable stay with great service, and I can’t wait to come back.

The rooms were very clean, and the reception team were amazing and helpful. The location is great, close to everything. The only thing missing for me was a washing machine for clothes. Nightlife gets going around 10 p.m., and music from the surrounding cafes and clubs can be a bit loud. Still, we had a nice time and I’d recommend it. A washing machine would make it perfect for a longer holiday.
