We had a great weekend in Bucharest. Therme Spa was amazing, and staying at the Mercure topped off the trip. Alex was accommodating and helpful, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had a really good selection, and the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The hotel is close to the Old Town, where the nightlife is lively. Would definitely recommend! X

A pleasant hotel in a fairly quiet spot, still not far from the Old Town. The rooms were clean and convenient, breakfast had plenty of variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Alex, who welcomed guests in the breakfast area, was especially polite and happy to assist with any request. I’d definitely stay again.

I had a blast staying here and can’t recommend the hotel enough. The people at the bar were awesome too. The front desk team were so nice, and I didn’t expect such a warm welcome. Miss Sara deserves a special thank you for looking after my luggage while I was out exploring bucharest. Codrut also recommended Caru cu bere, and I had a great time there. Loved the hotel and its people!

We were lucky to find a free parking space right in front of the entrance. Parking there is free and doesn’t need a reservation, but spaces aren’t always available. The hotel is well located, about 10 minutes from the Old Town, with a bus stop just 2-3 minutes away and convenient public transport. Our room was excellent and had all the amenities, and the staff were responsive and ready to help. Breakfast was delicious, the coffee was unique, and I really appreciated the variety of nut milks. If we come to Bucharest again, we’d choose this hotel.

Everything was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, and I had a wonderful stay. Sara at reception was especially kind, welcoming, and helpful. She helped with everything I needed and made me feel at ease throughout. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely stay again.
