Park Inn by Radisson Bucharest Hotel & Residence

Everyone on staff was lovely, from reception to housekeeping, with smiles all around. For my birthday, they had a delicious little cake delivered to my room while I was out for the day. It was a really sweet surprise and made the occasion feel extra special. I'll definitely stay here again.

The room gave the three of us plenty of space, with a separate bed for each person. The location worked well too: near the athenuem and LV, with a five-to-go coffee chain, a tasty smash baby burger, and a barber just across from the hotel. Walking along the link way to Radisson Blu, there's also a nice cafe opposite called Tucano Cafe. I liked the smooth cappuccino there. We stayed for three nights, and the reception team really stood out. They were professional, polite, warm, and funny, and kept going out of their way to help. I appreciated their service so much that I took a picture of one of the fantastic-service guys at reception, hope you don't mind. Great job, guys!

They even prepared grab-and-go breakfast boxes for our early checkout, which we really appreciated. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay at Park Inn by Radisson Bucharest Hotel & Residence. We also enjoyed the clean, modern gym and SPA facilities, and the location was excellent. A wonderful experience, highly recommended!

The advertised “spa” wasn't on site. We were sent to a nearby fitness center outside the building, which was especially inconvenient in winter. The arrangement was so complicated that we couldn't use the facility at all. Breakfast was served at another hotel, and on weekends it didn't start until 7:00 a.m., too late for our early tours. Staff didn't seem very concerned about guest satisfaction or sorting out these problems. The online pictures also gave a misleading impression of the property. The rooms felt outdated and badly in need of renovation, more like an abandoned clinic than a welcoming hotel. Basic items were missing, including a shower cap, soap, and a sponge or detergent for washing the kitchenette dishes. For the price, the standard felt comparable to a 1-2 star property in Western countries, so I found the cost unjustifiable.
