The staff made the stay especially welcoming. Everyone I met was warm, polite, and professional, and Mrs. Ramona kindly helped me find my way around. That personal touch made things feel easy. Breakfast was another highlight, with a broad choice of fresh, high-quality food that was nicely presented and kept well stocked. I also appreciated having a separate gluten-free selection. Pullman Hotel & Resorts in Bucharest was comfortable and well run, and I looked forward to breakfast each morning.

I really enjoyed the facilities at the Pullman hotel, and found it comfortable in every way. The staff were particularly welcoming and caring. Lucie and George deserve a special thanks for doing their best to make my colleagues and me feel so well looked after.

Being able to walk to Romexpo was a big help for my business meetings. The whole hotel was impeccably clean, including my Suite, and the team across reception, breakfast, restaurant, bar, and housekeeping was outstanding. Breakfast was the richest I've had in Bucharest, with quality products and friendly service throughout. I also enjoyed a refined dinner at the steak house restaurant, where our waiter George was a real professional. I strongly recommend Pullman Bucharest.

The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the team were warm and attentive. Ramona, Roxanna, and Valentina at breakfast, Felicia at the bar, and the maids and room service all gave five-star service. The location also works well, close to Romexpo and north of Bucharest, which helps avoid the city's main traffic jams when traveling around Romania. My one reservation is that the rooms feel a little old-fashioned and could use a refresh. Even so, I'd gladly recommend this hotel.
