8/10
Friendly staff, especially housekeeping, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and enough, though nothing special, and the coffee was terrible. The lift is small and slow, and there's only one. It's a good, decent hotel, but definitely not 4*.

Great location for this small hotel. The rooms are clean and breakfast is simple but good. It has everything I need on a short business trip. Recommended!

The room had coffee and tea, and there was a hairdryer, but we missed having a garbage bin. They also listed gym access on hotels.com, but that turned out not to be available. When I mentioned it, the receptionist smiled, which made me wonder if they'd misrepresented it on purpose. The rooms look recently renovated and were quite good. The bed felt a little hard, but I slept well both nights.

The staff made a real effort to make things special from the moment we arrived. I'd asked in advance for a particular room for my birthday, and they arranged it, then surprised us with birthday balloons, strawberries and cake. The location is fantastic, and the rooms are cozy, beautifully designed and spotless. Their hospitality made the stay unforgettable. Unique Boutique Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I can't recommend it enough!

The rooms we booked together ended up on different floors, one on the fourth and one on the first. It took three days and constant complaints before they moved us. Breakfast was poor quality, and the website photos clearly don't show what the place is really like. Nicely done, photographer.
