The staff were really friendly and helpful, and there’s a lovely bakery just across the street. It’s a great place to stay, tucked away in a quiet part of the city.

Clean and pleasant.
It was okay.
The room had a cigarette smell, and we left after just one night because there was barely any heat from December 1st. When we asked for some money back, the woman said she could refund the rest of our stay if we found somewhere else, while also insisting the central heating had no issue. She said no central heating system anywhere can provide heat and hot water at the same time.
We were gone after the first night. On December 1st they could barely bring themselves to turn on the heat, yet the woman said the central heating had no problem and offered to refund the rest of our stay. She claimed no central heating system in the world can give you heat and hot water simultaneously. There weren’t any other tourists there that day either, which seems a bit suspicious. If an eight-room guesthouse has this problem, would a 50-room hotel be just as cold as outside? Really disappointing.
