The hotel is clean and cozy, and the rooms look very good with comfortable beds. Staff are very polite, especially the waiters. The menu isn’t very varied, but it covers the basics. Only real downside is the thin walls, you can hear all kinds of noise from other rooms.

I chose this hotel because of the advertised spa. When I went to use it, I was told it was out of service. There’d been no notice before I arrived or even at check-in. I asked about a partial refund because I’d paid significantly more for Paradis for the pool and sauna than I would have spent on similar room-only accommodation. Two receptionists separately said they were following up with the manager. As I was leaving, one told me they’d spoken to the manager and were initiating my refund. A week passed with no refund, so I emailed. They then said spa access wasn’t included in my booking and they wouldn’t return any money. I’d encourage people to look closely at their Expedia page and see whether it says the spa is a separate fee. The page strongly gives the impression it’s included, especially since Paradis costs more than comparable room-only places. I’d call that deceptive advertising. The receptionists were polite only so far as it took to get me out the door. Even if the spa had been working, the hotel is way out in the questionable suburbs, about a 30-minute walk into town. Breakfast had plenty of options, but the quality varied, and by the last day I only had coffee.

The place was clean and the staff friendly. There’s a sauna and swimming pool in the basement. I’d stay there again.

It’s a very nice hotel, with great service, an amazing breakfast, and really tasty food. The apartments are clean and have a lovely modern design. A few things need attention, though. The rooms were boiling hot, and there was no way to open the windows. Turning off the heating didn’t help. WiFi didn’t work in our room, and the fridge in room 400 was broken, so our drinks were as hot as the room. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste, which is usually there, though the towels were clean. Those small problems kept me at four stars. Otherwise I’d give five. My impression was quite positive and I’d recommend it. A big thank you to our waiter today, he was pleasant, polite, patient, and just a nice person. I don’t know his name, but he did a really good job.
