It's a beautiful, clean, orderly and civilized complex. The problem is getting there: the access road is less than OK, and even though the area has been a small residential neighborhood with many residents for five years, there's still no bus service. People have been waiting for one for years and have made complaints and requests to the City Hall, the Local Council and CTP Cluj.
It really does feel like a big park, with plenty of grass, children's playgrounds and a sports field. The area is organized, access is restricted, sidewalks aren't blocked by parked cars, and there are spaces for taxis and deliveries.
It's a modern, new residence, but there aren't sidewalks everywhere, which makes getting around with a stroller difficult.
A quiet, clean residential neighborhood. It's a lovely, relaxed area.
