It took more than 20 minutes to get a simple invoice, even though the hotel was nearly empty. The staff seemed overwhelmed by the request, which makes me wonder how chaotic checkout might be. My first interaction was at reception, where Ms. Mihaela came across as arrogant, dismissive, and very unprofessional. Rather than making me feel welcome or helping, she had me regretting my choice within minutes. This is a newly opened hotel with a serious investment behind it, so that kind of front desk behavior is unacceptable. I was there to book a room for a business partner, and my IHG membership status was ignored. No explanation, no effort to help, and no attempt to find a solution. That's unacceptable for a brand that claims to meet international standards. The building and investment may be new, but without professional staff and basic respect for guests, it all feels pointless. This fell far below what I'd expect from a hotel in this category.

The beach is only a few steps away, with clean sand and clear water, and the pool area was lovely and well cared for. It was a great place to sunbathe or cool off with a swim. Even in the heart of Mamaia, things felt quiet and peaceful, and I especially loved the view. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, very clean, and comfortable, with everything I could ask for. From arrival onward, the service at Crowne Plaza in Mamaia felt smooth, organized, and welcoming. The reception team was so helpful, always ready with a smile and attentive to details. Check-in and questions during the stay were easy to sort out. Crowne Plaza Mamaia exceeded my expectations. Such a lovely mix of comfort, luxury, and great service. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The rooms were stylish, clean, and really cozy, with a super comfortable bed and thoughtful modern details that made it easy to relax. The food was just as good, from breakfast through dinner. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, whether we ate in the restaurant or ordered room service. Highly recommend it for a relaxing seaside getaway, with delicious food, warm hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel has a lot of potential, with a nice private beach and super comfy sunbeds. The rooms and facilities are modern and nice, which makes sense since the building is newly built. Breakfast was okay. For the relatively high prices, I expected better service. The welcome wasn't especially friendly, the button at the parking entrance didn't work, and someone had to get out and walk about 200m to reception to ask them to open the barrier. Beach service was very slow, with long waits.

A large stage at the nearby loft establishment kept the music going at a volume that shook the chandelier, and I couldn't sleep a single night. People have no respect for others' rest. It happens at least from 6 pm to 1 am, sometimes longer. This shouldn't be happening. My vacation is ruined!
