The staff were friendly and supportive, and breakfast had enough options to choose from. Our double room was a reasonable size, with a balcony overlooking the sea and street. Both the hotel and room were clean. There was no air conditioner, so we had to leave the balcony door open. Noise from the boulevard then affected how well we slept.

The personnel were friendly and nice, but breakfast gets 2 out of 5 from me. The elevator was incredibly cramped and uncomfortable. Cheap air fresheners on every floor gave off a terrible, unnatural smell. The rooms are only good for sleeping at night, with old, small 22 inch TVs that are hard to see from the beds. Furniture was old and damaged, and the road nearby was noisy, especially with all the car noise on weekends. I definitely wouldn't recommend a longer stay. I can't imagine who gives this hotel 5 stars, maybe people who've never stayed in a hotel before.

The room was comfortable, great, and had a balcony where you could see The Black Sea. The place was very clean, with professional and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, and it was quiet. The beach and Old Town are close, and it was very good value for money. I'll come back.

The sea view was amazing, even with a tree blocking part of it, and we were surprised to get free sunbeds on the terrace through the hotel's collaboration. The room was exceptionally clean, and breakfast was excellent. Staff were so sweet and helped with whatever we needed, including free ironing and letting us leave our luggage in the conference room before we left the city. There are a lot of good things about this hotel that will bring me back. I'll definitely return and recommend it to everyone.
