Conacul Cornu 1945

We had dinner and breakfast, and both were excellent. The garden is huge, with room for kids to play and a spot for a barbecue. Our group of 11 stayed one night in four rooms, and we all wished we could have stayed longer. The rooms felt new and had plenty of space, comfortable beds, big screens, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Marian and the team were so welcoming and did everything they could to make our stay great. A wonderful place, thank you!

We stopped in for lunch and really liked the warm service and tasty traditional Romanian food. The mansion has been renovated while keeping its traditional Romanian architecture. There's a lovely big garden with toys where children can play safely, away from the street. Highly recommend.

We had such a relaxing family stay. The owner kindly asked the kitchen to pack sandwiches, water, and apples for our walk from the Cornu Cross to the Monastery of Cornu. It took 4h and was really enjoyable. We played badminton and football too, and they provided everything we needed. The manor has been restored beautifully, with everything new and thoughtfully chosen. Our room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the large bathroom had everything we needed. The Romanian food isn't fancy, but it was tasty and carefully prepared. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful as well.

We'd definitely come back. The hosts were very friendly and suggested interesting places to visit around Cornu, Brebu, Campina, or Valea Prahovei. Conacul 1945 has its own parking, a big courtyard, and a small chapel. There is also a varied menu in the kitchen. The rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious, and well equipped, making this a lovely retreat for couples or families with children.
