Pensiunea Steffano

Great.

We paid a week in advance, but could only get into one of the three rooms, and were told the rooms would be available around 2 pm. Then, at about noon, they called to say they could only give us two rooms because other guests wanted to extend their stay. The staff were very rude. If you want to end up wandering the streets with nowhere to stay after a few hours, this is the place!!!

There was a good courtyard parking space, plus a terrace with a barbecue and an outdoor play area for the kids. The conditions were very good, everything was clean, and the host was kind. It’s just like the photos, and we were very happy with the stay. I recommend it with confidence, and we’ll come back at the first chance.

The rooms are fairly spacious, but the furniture is poor quality, even in the bathroom. We stayed four days and they never changed the towels. One day they left a single roll of toilet paper. There’s no balcony on the ground floor, and no armchair in the room. The guesthouse is very poorly equipped. There isn’t a kitchen where you can even make tea or coffee, just a small barbecue in the yard.
