The catfish dinners were extremely delicious, and the rooms were nice. There’s a large hall with all sorts of games, which is good for socializing. The only really annoying thing was people smoking inside the hall and dinner area, even the owner, despite the ban on smoking in closed spaces.

There’s a small swimming pool and a nice terrace, but the rooms weren’t the cleanest. You have to order food in advance each day, and sometimes it’s good, sometimes the portions are very small.

Right in the hometown of Romanian canoe champion Ivan Patzaichin, this is a lovely spot in the middle of the Danube Delta. The people are lovely too, and the fish dishes were wonderful.

Great place, quiet and peaceful, with lovely views across the Danube Delta and plenty of wildlife. The houses make it feel like another time and place :)
