I was only five minutes late checking out, but my room door had already been locked. That felt unprofessional, with too little understanding or flexibility toward a guest. It left me with a very negative impression, and I'm very dissatisfied with the service.

The whole place feels quite old, and the three-star rating may not line up with Western standards. The staff were extremely unfriendly and inflexible, with no courtesy. Also, the room I booked through booking.com wasn't available. I was offered a substandard replacement at a higher price. I can only advise against staying here.

The service was excellent, and the accommodation is very nice and in a great location. The price, unfortunately, is rather high.

Hotel Flora is a quiet spot for events, with comfortable rooms and good service. It has green space around it and plenty of parking.

The food was good, and the rooms were clean, though the furniture was old and the TV small. I stayed in the first week of November, and the heating wasn't working.
