There’s no parking at the property, so we had to look for a spot on the surrounding streets. The room was clean and had its own shower, though. It’s a five-minute walk to the beach and about five to ten minutes to any of the restaurants.

I wouldn’t recommend it. I had to cancel and called several times to get my deposit back, but the man there was drunk, spoke to me very rudely, and wouldn’t even answer the phone. Check the reviews before booking. He likes to drink and causes a scene, even calling the police to the property.

We held a New Year’s Eve party at this guesthouse. The host greeted us in the worst possible state, intoxicated. The power kept going out every ten minutes, so we had to reset the fuses ourselves. He got very drunk and intruded on our party, and it all ended with the police.

The beach is very close, and Vila Sunset has a properly equipped kitchen and a gazebo at the back. Our room was spacious, with air conditioning and a very large bathroom. The owner was a ten-star man, really nice, respectful, and kind. It’s a very quiet location, and I’ll definitely return next year.
