A complete disaster! We had to ask before they brought a hairdryer, duvet, and hangers. There was no hot water in the kitchen, the toilet moved, and water leaked from under the bathroom sink and from the shower. The living-room sofa was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever sat on, and the one TV lost its signal at some point, probably because it hadn’t been paid for. Don’t count on parking if you’re thinking of coming. There was one key for two families. Good luck! P.S. I don’t recommend it.

The location is right on the first line by the sea, which is a shame because the accommodation itself was the worst I’ve ever had. We were promised a direct sea view for our three-room, two-bathroom apartment, but only about a third of the view was sea; the rest was a dilapidated pool. One bed was broken and its mattress damaged. In one bathroom, the toilet was detached from the wall and rocked like a rocking chair. I wedged a stone under it so it wouldn’t fall. There was no hot water in the kitchen, so dishes had to be washed in cold water. The kitchen socket had come out of the wall, which was dangerous, and the coffee maker was broken with a cracked lid. There was only one TV in the living room, no hairdryer or hangers, and no duvets even though the night was cold. The agency said those items weren’t included in the equipment, despite the four-star price. The agency staff were arrogant when I brought these problems up. Those were just the things we found in the first few hours, and I’m sure I’d remember more if I thought about it. I wouldn’t recommend this place under any circumstances.

The one real plus was how close it was to the beach. Everything else was disappointing. Our two-room apartment had a broken sofa, a damaged armchair, and a makeshift kitchen in the enclosed balcony. The owner had said it was fully equipped, but there was only a single-burner stove with no oven and a small fridge. I booked through an agency after checking that we’d have the comfort we needed. We had a small child with multiple food allergies, so I had to prepare all of his meals. When we left the complex parking lot, I found the car’s wipers broken. The prices are exorbitant for what they offer. I don’t recommend this place at all.

This was very disappointing. We booked through booking.com, then got a call pressuring us to cancel. They said the room was available only because other guests had canceled, but those guests had shown up anyway. It sounded like a scam. They offered to rent the room to us for a longer period instead. The whole thing felt dubious, unprofessional, and outrageous. Best to stay away from these providers.
