We were double charged, and in front of customers the owner treated an employee, who was also a family member, very rudely. That behavior was completely unprofessional. We also had a communication problem with an employee who bluntly told us to stay home if we had concerns. A "RECEPTION " sign on the reception door would help new customers find it, since the door is closed. The fridge in our room was quite noisy overnight.

A lovely place with very good food and a fantastic view across the Danube. The pool was very clean, and the people were helpful, organizing everything visitors needed. I’ll definitely come back.

The view is breathtaking, and the staff were helpful and polite. The food was great, with such a huge variety that you can’t find it anywhere else. Well done to everyone who helped make it all happen. I’d highly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely return soon.

We spent a wonderful, relaxing weekend here, taking boat trips down the Danube to see historic attractions and sights. The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfy bed, lots of natural light, and a private terrace looking over the Danube and the green hills beyond. The view is amazing, and the staff were friendly, helpful and nice. I also tried several of the fish dishes and enjoyed them.

We only came for breakfast, so I can’t say anything about the rooms. For 30 lei, about 6 euros, it was good enough, though the choices were limited. A bit more variety would have made it better value. We sat on the outdoor terrace by the Danube and soon forgot about the food. The sunrise on October 1st was wonderful.
