When we entered the four rooms we'd booked, every one smelled like fecal matter. The showers were blocked in two rooms, and the bed made a sound like a broken violin whenever anyone moved. It's a shame such a beautiful place is poorly managed and overpriced. A few minutes up the road, there are more affordable, beautiful, clean chalets. Don't make this your first choice. August 2025.

The rooms are poor, and they don't give receipts for drinks. The WiFi is bad too. Each level has its own separate network, so you keep having to reconnect as you walk between floors. They should set up one mesh network.

The food was delicious and varied, and we had a lovely weekend here as a family with one child. It was very quiet at night once the restaurant closed. Our room felt cosy, we slept well, and the beds were large. You can push three single beds together. We'll definitely be back soon!
