The food was cheap and there were very few options, and we even found a worm in our salad. For two nights, two adults and one child got just two mini shower gels. The towels didn't look like the spotless white ones you'd expect at a 5-star hotel, they seemed unclean. Everything was very, very dirty, from the towels to the pool water. Around the pool there was hair all over the floor at 8 AM, as if nobody had swept since the day before. Go somewhere else, this was a huge and very expensive disappointment.

Everything was awful, from the rooms and service to the beach and food. The place was dirty and smelled bad, and it completely wrecked our vacation and our impression of Romania. We had to urgently find another hotel. Easily the worst place I’ve ever stayed, and it doesn’t deserve even one star.

In the Supreme 2 stage Suite, the toilet had a dangerous smell, and the toilet paper holder was barely attached. The curtains were half off, so I had to fix them myself. Breakfast was disappointing too: only apples for fruit, despite the country being known for its fruit, and coffee came in paper cups. None of that feels acceptable for a five-star hotel.

Our car was damaged in the car park, apparently during a fight between staff members over unpaid debts. We reported it to reception. They checked the CCTV’s, then said they couldn’t do anything and told us to contact or visit the Police station to make a complaint. We were very disappointed, and I wouldn’t recommend this property. The resort advertised four restaurants, but there were only two serving food. We arrived around 15:00 and couldn’t find anything to eat until 19:00. We later learned the meal hours were breakfast 07:00-10:00, lunch 13:00-15:00, and dinner 19:00-21:00. The room and bathroom weren’t cleaned at all during our five days. Staff only replenished towels and toilet paper, and the shampoo and shower gel ran out after two days. I asked reception twice for cleaning products. The resort toilets were very dirty too, and seemed to be cleaned perhaps once a day. This was nowhere near a five-star experience.
