Paloma Holiday Mamaia

It was ok.

There’s a parking problem.

Breakfast was very good, and the kitchen staff served us well. The rest was disappointing: the rooms weren’t cleaned, towels weren’t replaced, and there was no shower gel or shampoo. The maid would come in without knocking and hurry the guests along. I’d rate this as two stars, not three, and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.

The room size is the main drawback, and there’s no restaurant. Even so, the rooms look as good as those in four- or even five-star hotels in Turkey. I can’t say the same for the four- and five-star places I’ve seen in Romania or Bulgaria, which were much lower in quality. For what you pay, this is more than ok.
