The place has plenty of food, drinks, and shops, so it works well for families. I didn't stay overnight and can't comment on the rooms, but I did swim in the salt lakes. If you're around Sibiu, those lakes are worth a visit.

The natural lakes are a gift from God, but the prices are another story. Entry costs are ridiculously high, and a langoș on the terrace was 15 lei, twice what you'd pay for one and a half in Hungary. I'll leave the beer prices to your imagination. Maybe the bosses' Mercedes broke down.

The kitchen was awful, with a sticky tablecloth, dirty dishes, greasy-smelling dirt and a floor that looked like it hadn't been cleaned. I wouldn't touch the stove. The room wasn't much better, with spiders in the corners, grimy tiles and a bathroom door that wouldn't shut. I booked after seeing the photos, and the place looked fine for the price of seven nights. When we arrived, I called the owner and he said the villa had no rooms left, so he'd put us somewhere else on the same street. He hadn't told us about this change beforehand. What was advertised and what we were given were two different things.
