The food stood out, with delicious breakfasts and dinner made from local ingredients. Our accommodations were clean and comfortable, and Mrs. Mioara welcomed us with such warmth and care that we felt right at home at Pensiunea Phoenix. I've been back since, and that family-like warmth and hospitality were there again, just as before.

The room was clean, and the owner was very nice, but I still couldn't get the rest I needed. There was noise from the location, and the wall behind the bed was damp. The bed mattress was very hard. Late-arriving neighbors were loud in the shower, which carried straight through because the room seemed improvised and had no soundproofing.

Mrs. Mioara made my husband and me feel right at home, and we even got desserts on the house. The rooms were VERY clean, warm, and welcoming. We loved how peaceful and quiet the place was for a holiday, and we're sure to return. There's an inner court for parking, though you can also leave the car on the street since the area feels perfectly safe. Many thanks and best wishes to our host, Mrs. Mioara! Cristina and Alex (Eforie Nord).

Breakfast cost extra and wasn't very good. The rooms felt quite dated, and the bathrooms were very small. Having so many cuddly toys in the bedroom was a little unnerving.

It felt like home, with nice rooms and good food. The hosting was dedicated, and the prices were excellent.
