Pension Aquaris

The pool has a lovely view over town, and it’s far from the city noise while still within walking distance. The water was clean, the pizza was delicious, and the changing rooms, showers, and bathroom were all very clean and well maintained. We were visiting Sighisoara for two days and, since the weather was perfect for swimming, paid to use the pool even though we weren’t hotel guests. Hotel guests can use it for free, which must be nice. We hadn’t expected much, but it was just what we needed after walking around town in the sun. I can’t speak to the rooms, but the service, location, and facilities were great.

It was reasonably clean and well located, but they charge twice as much as similar campgrounds, more like a motel rate. There was no hot water at the washroom sink, and the icy water was pretty uncomfortable.

Recently renovated and clean, this beautiful campsite has plenty of room for caravans and tents. There’s a buffet, a terrace with a kitchen, clean sanitary facilities, and a pool with sun loungers. It’s very close to the town center. Definitely recommend it!

We arrived at 7 pm and were asked to pay the full price of 80 ron per person, even for a child under 12. The guest was arrogant. The pool facilities are the only facilities nearby, while the toilets and showers are 300 m from the camping area. Around 6 am, someone from a neighboring property started vacuuming and watching TikTok for about an hour. Three of us paid 240 lei for a tent and left in the morning. This was my worst camping experience so far. As others have said, this isn’t camping.
