Getting inside was a frustrating ordeal. The host never replied, and we had to tell Booking we couldn't get in. They tried reaching the host too, without success. It was the first place where I had to make an account on a separate site just to check in and get the entry code. The form asked for so much information, including my credit card even though I'd already paid on Booking, plus photos and details for everyone else's IDs. It took 2-3 hours before we could enter, and by then we'd all lost our mood for the stay. The apartment needs work as well. Every kitchen chair was broken, so leaning back felt like you might fall. The shower drains were blocked, and after using one of the cabins there was water all over the floor. There's no bath mat, so watch your step. One bedroom's balcony door wouldn't open. At exactly 11 the next morning, the cleaners arrived. I asked for maybe half an hour, and they asked if we could hurry up. I understand they may have a schedule, but who is ready right at 11, not even five minutes later? I don't recommend it, and I won't be back.
