Villa Retezat

We really enjoyed the accommodation and the host, who took such care to make our stay comfortable. The property is designated a Monument type B in Sinaia.

The breakfast had plenty to choose from, both savory and sweet, and was delicious. Our room was comfortable and tidy. Isabella was so warm, kind, and attentive, making sure we had what we needed throughout the stay. A charming, cozy place with impeccable service. I'd happily stay at Vila Retezat again when I'm next in Sinaia.

The forest view and the quiet made the place feel so peaceful. It's beautiful in style, clean, and cared for down to the details. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and breakfast had something for every taste. I really recommend it, thank you.

The tower room with its huge stained glass windows felt straight out of a fairy tale, and the views were lovely. The building is historic, and I think its original name on the old villa maps was that of the wealthy family who owned it. Downstairs, the lobby, woodwork, ceiling panels and stained glass are just awesome. We stayed three nights in winter, but there was still plenty to do and the weather was pleasant. The room was quiet, warm and cozy, and the place is on a hill yet close to the center. Breakfast was hearty and delicious, and the people there were polite and very helpful. A magical stay, thanks.
