Vila Noblesse

The autumn forest view really made the holiday for me. It’s a lovely, peaceful place to unwind. :)

We had a queen room with mountain view, and the view was lovely. The room was really nice and especially spacious for the price. The staff were helpful and friendly. Parking is free if you can find an open space. Breakfast service could run more smoothly, but the food was still good enough for the overall price.

The room door uses a regular key rather than an access card. Wi-Fi was weak, and the mattress felt spongy and uncomfortable. The old pillows were lumpy. In the bathroom, there were only two small bars of soap, with no shower gel or liquid soap. The towels were light grey instead of white and didn't smell fresh. For a hotel, they should be washed and disinfected at 90 degrees. Breakfast was a letdown. The food wasn't covered, people leaned over it, and a young woman handled the utensils with bare hands after tying her shoelaces. Food, cups, and plates kept running out, then came back in small amounts, so we were always waiting. The setup lacked organization and attention to hygiene. There were good points: the building is nice, the modern rooms are large, and Ursu Lake is a 10-minute walk away, with Lake Negru very close. Although the building is by a main road, it was pretty quiet at night. Parking was available, and the polite desk clerk gave us all the information we needed. We've stayed in several places in Sovata over the years, and this one doesn't meet the standard of the others. Please address these issues and become more professional.

This was a quiet, very clean villa with a large room, close to the beach and Lake Negru. Breakfast was very generous, and the staff were kind. I couldn't figure out how to use the TV, but I didn't ask reception for help.
