Complex Turistic Bucovina

We had a family room for four, and the prices felt fair for the quality. The place is beautiful and quiet, with gorgeous views and a relaxed holiday feel. Staff were lovely, especially Andrey in the restaurant. The food was delicious and portions so generous that sometimes we couldn’t finish. There’s plenty to do, including a sauna, spa, pool and massage, at good low prices. Location 10/10, food 10/10, staff 10/10, cleanliness 10/10. I highly recommend it for a peaceful, relaxing vacation.

We’d been here before and had the same impression as everyone else, but this visit was different. Only two waiters were serving the whole place, so the wait was long and the service was poor. We ordered porcini with polenta and garlic, but what arrived was something you wouldn’t serve to hospital patients. The jacuzzi water was full of chlorine instead of the Cacica salt they used last time.

It’s a beautiful place, but that alone didn’t make lunch enjoyable. Service was bad, with long waits for both drinks and food, and the waiter seemed not to know how to treat customers. The food was either too salty or tasteless. I’d eaten here several times over the past year, and sadly the quality has dropped a lot while prices have gone up.

Check out the menu, the food is really tasty. Five stars for the food and location. Service could be better, though I don’t blame them. The pool is nice too, but at 60 Ron for just two hours it’s kind of expensive, not the best deal.
