The price is affordable, about 20 euros for a two-bed room and around 27 for a three-bed room. Still, the bathroom is small, the shower setup feels improvised, and there aren't any large towels. There's only a small fan instead of air conditioning, and the pillows are a total joke. If you can, avoid rooms 11-14.
The rooms were clean, with heating and hot water. The host seemed paranoid, though.
