I got in late after my flight and couldn’t find any way to get a drink, either in the room or the lobby. That’s a letdown for a hotel. A bottle of water costs very little, so they should make it available to guests. Hotels seem focused more and more on investment and less on looking after customers.

The reception looks beautiful and luxurious, but the rooms are quite different, with old furniture. The air conditioning was really just ventilation, circulating warm air, so the room was uncomfortable in the middle of summer while getting ready for a wedding or other event. The shower drain was clogged with hair, and I had to clear it myself to get the water to go down. Parking also becomes a problem during events because there aren’t enough spaces.

My room was number 211, and with the window open I could hear music from the event tent beside the building. The air system only blew warm, humid air, and they explained they hadn’t had time to get it ready after the cold season. This was on 15.06.2027. It wasn’t quiet at all.

A beautiful venue for weddings that feel like a dream.
