Tempo Hotel Targu Mures

The room and bathroom were lovely, the hotel looks good, and there's plenty of parking. I slept very well, though I did have to make sure the door was properly closed because it has a slight issue. The staff were very polite, and I enjoyed breakfast. I'd recommend it to others.

Very clean, with comfortable beds and a great breakfast for the price.

The hotel itself was fine, with clean, cosy rooms and balconies. I booked and paid for two nights for my wife and me while we were here on business. Because of work, I slept there alone the first night, and neither of us stayed the second night. We came in the morning to spend time together before checkout, have breakfast, and relax before the drive home. The manager on duty wouldn't let my wife have breakfast without trying to charge us an absurd amount, breakfast plus double what we'd already paid for the room. When we said we'd skip the breakfast we'd already paid for, she kept looking for ways to charge us because my wife hadn't slept there, even trying to charge for shower water that was never used. She was rude and hostile, then threatened to call security when I pointed out her behavior. We'd paid for two nights for both of us, so whether we showed up or not shouldn't have been any of her business. The regular receptionists were great, friendly and nice. The manager was the opposite, and I don't know why she's in charge of reception or dealing with customers.

The food was excellent, and the staff moved us to an impressive penthouse for the rest of our stay because the party under our first room was loud. They handled that really well. No problems with the hotel, top marks. I'll stay here again.
