We stayed four nights and I have nothing negative to report. The hotel seems almost brand new, with a pleasant air freshener throughout, and our double room matched the pictures. Everything was spotless, even after walking around in socks, and everything worked. Breakfast was good, with freshly cooked eggs offered in the morning. The balcony was lovely in the morning sun, and parking was plentiful and easy. I needed a shirt dried and ironed, and the staff gladly went out of their way to help. They didn't speak English, but we managed with my broken Italian and Google Translate. I'd definitely stay again.

The included breakfast was a lovely surprise, with fresh, high-quality food in a regal-looking dining hall. The hotel itself feels luxurious throughout, and our room and its facilities were excellent. It was clear they hadn't skimped on the building's design or construction. We had a fabulous three-night stay at Tesa, right on the edge of Targu Neamț in beautiful Romanian countryside. Check-in was easy, and we were soon settled into our incredible room. There's plenty of parking, and the location makes it an idyllic base. We can't wait to come back when we're next in the area.

The hotel is nicely located close to Neamt Citadel, and the rooms are very nice. They serve a buffet breakfast in the morning with a good variety of food and drinks. I had a wonderful stay while visiting Tg. Neamt. The staff were friendly and helpful, and made sure everything was okay before I arrived and throughout my stay. Thank you so much for everything.
