The dining really stood out. Mădălin Bach handled our custom dinner so well and made sure everyone’s different needs were covered. Breakfast in the rooms was nice too. We had a great experience overall, with lovely rooms and great service and support for the whole group.

The front desk staff were friendly, and I liked our large, spacious room. We stayed four nights, but room cleaning was disappointing: the women took out the trash, didn’t clean the toilet, and changed the towels only once. There are two restaurants at the front of the hotel. At one, cats were always sitting on the chairs, and our food was consistently late. We waited hours for meals. The woman there tried, but the service was poor. I hope things improve.

The rooms are spacious, but I noticed signs of poor cleaning, and the laminate flooring makes the place feel cheap. There was no shampoo in the dispenser, and on our second night we had no hot water. Breakfast costs extra. It’s near the industrial area and far from the city center, and the whole neighborhood felt scary at night. Basic accommodation.

Room 109 gave my friends and me lots of memories :) There’s a Lidl right next to the hotel.
