Music blares from every direction, and the hotel's own huge speakers make the noise unbearable around the clock. The beach in front is littered and isn't cleaned either. If you're hoping for a relaxing holiday in Vama Veche, avoid La John. I can't recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

The room had a beach view, omg. We first stayed here five years ago and came back this year. Even during the hot summer days, it's one of the best places to stay because it's right on the beach. The rooms are clean, the sheets were lovely, and the hosts even invited us to share a grill meal with them. The shop right across from the place has good prices. Honestly, a good place with good hosts, and I have nothing bad to say.

We came all the way from Canada and have travelled a lot, but it's rare to find such a happy place with hosts as amazing as @ John. The owners and staff feel like a family and do everything they can to make you comfortable. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location right by the beach is the best spot in Vama Veche. It was a wonderful experience for me and my two children. The place is family oriented. We love you, La John!

You ruined one of the last real places from the old Vama Veche, 'Stuf'. I hope your mediocre hotel goes out of business.

At 3.9 stars, this place is underrated. The rooms are among the cleanest in Vama, and it's not the most expensive either. I'd put it at 4.5, but let's make it five and bump the rating up a little :)
