The rooms are extremely small, the heating has problems, and there’s barely any hot water. If being cold and unable to wash is fine by you, that’s your choice. I can’t recommend it.

I wouldn’t recommend it. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, and in the middle of winter you can be left without heat. They ration the heating, and the beds are so bad you’d be better off on the floor. Take off about two more stars from the three.
