My wife and I stayed for two nights and had a great time on the all-inclusive package. The food and drinks were good, and we enjoyed the private beach, lovely pool, inner courtyard with private parking, and evening entertainment. Our room was spacious, very clean, and nicely equipped. Everything worked out well, and we'd consider booking the hotel complex again on a summer trip to Romania.

The breakfast was very good, and the staff were amazing: kind, polite, hardworking, and hospitable. The beach and location are wonderful, too, and the place is very clean. But the owner and general manager made the stay deeply unpleasant. We asked why we were being charged about $280 for a third person who was already paid for, and they yelled at and cursed us and threatened to throw us out. The owner eventually returned 400 RON. We won't go back, despite the hotel's potential and its lovely employees. An owner who treats guests this way should hire professionals. The three buildings under the same ownership had cracks in places, and some areas smelled bad. The staff are great, but the owner's attitude makes the place feel unfriendly.

Once we got into the room, we had a really nice stay. Check-in took time and was confusing because they had to help us install an app to unlock the room with a code. There are no regular keys or swipe cards. We had all meals included, plus an open bar, and the food was great. From our lovely balcony we could see the beach, and we left the patio door open at night to enjoy the cool breeze. I don't like swimming in the ocean, but the loungers and umbrellas were comfortable, and the pool was relaxing. I loved hearing the waves, and the bar attendants helped me find just the right drink. The Prosecco was yummy. We'll visit again.
