Marshal Hotel Garni

Other hotels either didn't reply or wanted payment while saying I could only check in at 2 pm. Here, the kind staff accepted my request after my night flight was delayed and I found out late. They got me a clean, warm, lovely room, and the beds were great. I hadn't slept that well in ages. The receptionist was kind, and they answer the phone very quickly, so don't hesitate to call. I missed breakfast, unfortunately, though it says it's available until 10.00. This hotel really saved me that night. 🙏

Mateo looked after us from the first day and helped with everything we needed. The housekeeping staff were lovely too, and everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, with fresh towels each day and air conditioning that worked perfectly. Hotel Marshal is also close enough to walk to the city's main sights. We'd happily recommend it.

Everything was easy to reach on foot from this central hotel, and there was a parking garage nearby, which was really convenient. The reception staff gave us a very friendly welcome. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

We picked this hotel for its proximity to the city center while on a business trip to Belgrade. The lobby lady was attentive and very helpful, and the breakfast servers were friendly and caring. Breakfast and the rooms were decent, and if you book breakfast, they give you tickets with your room card. Some rooms seem to have a small issue with the alarm system. Pulling the door firmly fixes it. There are three or four different elevators. I'm sure they've passed safety checks, but they don't look reassuring. The hotel arranges airport taxis for 30 euros. My friends said a random taxi might be closer to 20 euros, though there's a risk the driver could take advantage of tourists and cheat them.
