The rooms were okay, but several things let us down. The heating and air conditioning weren't working, and the place wasn't very clean. The spa was out of order and there were no massages, despite being told before booking that it worked. Breakfast came cold and late, and the bathroom was missing usual accessories. The TVs were outdated and didn't work properly in either the living room or bedroom. Sometimes there was a smell in the bathroom, and the vents made strange noises. For the same price per night, I've stayed in much better places. The cost doesn't match the luxury, comfort, or service.

I broke my leg on the slippery floor by the toilet near the breakfast area. There was no wet-floor sign, and the floor seemed to have been cleaned with a detergent that made it especially slick. I needed surgery on my leg. The hotel showed no concern and didn't apologize. Totally disappointing.

Just got back from a weekend in Belgrade, and the hotel team made it a memorable trip. The whole experience was amazing, especially Ivana at reception and the really lovely breakfast girl whose name I didn't get. Thank you both for everything. I'll definitely recommend the hotel to my network in Amsterdam when anyone is traveling to Belgrade. Thank you very much Ivana

We were a family of five and were very happy with our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable in every way, and the location and service were great. I found the breakfast too basic for my taste, though I'm not used to this kind of food, and others seemed very happy with it. The hotel is above a very busy restaurant, so it can be a bit noisy, probably more on weekends, but it wasn't too bad. I'd recommend the hotel.
