I stayed at Touch Africa Residence in Sep/Oct 2025 and was surprised that most of the reviews I’d seen were quite old. I’d gladly recommend it. The staff were a real plus: always smiling, helpful, and ready to solve problems. The building was in very good condition, with working lifts and clean shared areas. My room/studio was spacious, had a comfortable bed, plenty of clothes storage, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a washing and drying machine. The gym was well equipped, with improvements still underway, and I went almost every day, sometimes as early as 6am. The location worked well for me. It’s within walking distance of the Convention Center area, and not far from much else in Kigali. There are several restaurants nearby, or about 5m away by taxi. The area felt very safe. I didn’t have breakfast at the restaurant, but had dinner there a couple of times and the food was delicious. Try the pastas. I’m sure I’ll be back.

The location has shops, restaurants, and other amenities nearby, and the grounds and building are kept clean and secure. My apartment is spacious and modern, with everything I need. I moved in recently and have been really happy here. The management team is friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I ask for something.

It really feels like a home away from home. The owner was especially welcoming and friendly, and did their best to meet my needs. The apartment is clean and modern, with lovely decor, working amenities, and a great location. After staying here, I can't imagine choosing anywhere else when I visit Kigali.

Our employees were very happy staying at Touch Africa Apartments. They could work and relax comfortably in their own spacious apartments, which had modern appliances and the amenities they needed. The building was clean and well cared for, and the friendly staff were available whenever questions or concerns came up. We'd gladly recommend Touch Africa Apartments as a place to stay.
