A clean, safe place in town, conveniently close to the airport and easy to get around from. The room was clean and the mattress was good, though the space felt a bit cramped. It took me a while to work out the hot water, but once I did it was fine. The indoor corridor has no real outdoor feel and gets loud and echoey. Breakfast was meager.

TA luxury safaris brought a tourist to Modern villa hotel, and the receptionist handled the arrival professionally. It’s a lovely hotel in kanombe kabeza, about five minutes from Kigali international airport. I’d recommend booking it in Kigali.
