The atmosphere is lovely and quiet, a nice place to spend a peaceful moment or enjoy time together as a couple. The staff were warm and professional, and the service was great. The steak was the most flavorful and savory I’ve had in Kigali so far. I’d recommend it. For me, it was a 4 out of 5, really nice.

I loved the rooms and the view from the balcony, looking out across the city from the bar. The place is peaceful and quiet, the breakfast was delicious, and every detail felt stupendous to me. Service was outstanding, too, with friendly, responsive staff.

They’re respectful, friendly, and hospitable, and they bring your order in exactly the amount of time they tell you. The customer care is really nice.

At Kalih Villa, the food was the part that stood out most for me. Everything was fresh, full of flavor, and cooked just right, with thoughtful preparation and presentation. It’s clear they care about quality and keeping customers happy. The warm atmosphere, beautifully arranged space, and friendly staff made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. Service was attentive and kind, and the whole place has a relaxing feel. It’s more than just a meal, and one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely come back, and I highly recommend it.
